Dog Centre in Changu Narayan
We mainly have handicapped and long term canine residents at the SDC Centre. Some of them are blind, have incurable diseases or need special daily care. For our paralysed dogs we provide a wheel cart, so that they are able to move around. They also receive physiotherapy and massages.
If there are other type of sicknesses, we try to treat them directly on the street. This gives us the possibility to provide veterinary services for more dogs and also eliminates the necessity of releasing them afterwords back on the road. The dog will stay in his own territory without the problem of a reintegration.
