Vet.Techs on the Road
Our Veterinary Technicians are on the roads each day to treat the street dogs. We are mainly working in the Boudha area!
Each months our veterinary technicians treated around 40 dogs directly on the roads surrounding Boudha and in the area near our new dog centre in Changu Narayan. In addition, we provide dogs with follow up treatments. The same dog usually needs treatment several times and we go out to provide this. This includes treatment for tumours, maggot wounds, skin conditions, e.g. mange, and injuries from road accidents.

You can also approach us at our free health care camp every Saturday (10am to 1pm) at Boudha Stupa.
If you are living in the Boudha area, and see a street dog that needs veterinary help, please give us a quick call, and describe the dog’s exact location. We will then inform you when we can come by to treat the dog on the street.
